Since the building at 58 Bulwer Street is under threat, all the money spent on improvements will be lost! Yet another own goal from Hammersmith and Fulham Council?

It's All About Health
The Village Hall in Shepherd's Bush is under threat. As well as yoga, dance, karate and tai chi, many other groups (including religious groups) meet weekly. I live in the East End of London, and I teach tai chi every Tuesday at the Village Hall.
In my area, the NHS are interested in all community groups. The Bromley By Bow Centre is famous for promoting health in many areas of life that you might never consider to be part of the GPs remit (for example art, employment advice and training).
The Village Hall has many community groups and all groups that use the Hall, including the Shepherd's Bush Families Project upstairs, are promoting health. Closing down the Hall will affect people's health, and it will take years to make up the loss, even if a new venue can be found.
