The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham had sent a letter (dated 7th March 2011) to the Shepherd's Bush Community Association and other occupants of 58, Bulwer Street saying that they (the Council) intend to issue a formal notice to quit, and that the notice period would be six months. They suggested that the notice period would run from March to September 2011.
"You should expect to receive a formal notice by the end of March 2011 which will give 6 months to vacate"
However, no such formal notice to quit has been received to date. And no apology for the poor syntax and style of English grammar. Both the Shepherd's Bush Community Association and the Shepherd's Bush Families Project are continuing.
It is business as usual at The Village Hall.
